Reference for Question Two

If you want to thrive in our over-accelerating world, you must learn to cope with stress. Stress is indispensable to our life, so just take it for granted that it is part of life. When you take this attitude to it, it wonĄŻt appear so terrible.
As students, if you have stress or difficulties, you may talk with your friends or teachers. Communication and turning to friends for help are very effective for you to work off your pressure. If you meet with difficulties in your studies or lack time for it, you may go to the library or discuss with others and work harder. You can also listen to music or do something different to reduce your stress.
As for others, there are also many ways of handling stress. First, you have to reevaluate the priorities of your life. Do you really need those lavish things, like fashionable clothes and a brand-new car? If you learn to be content with what your have, you probably wonĄŻt have to take a second job or spend your weekend in the office. Second, regular exercise will help relieve your stress. Running, walking or playing sports cause physical changes that make you feel better. Third, you should learn to relax. The world wonĄŻt come to an end if you stop and smell the roses on the roadside. By so doing, you will find yourself with enhanced physical strength and mental vigor and your capability to cope with change and stress will improve enormously. Always remember that keeping stress to yourself can only make problems worse. So experts say expressing emotions to friends or family members or writing down your feelings can help reduce stress.
