Everyone knows how important health is. There are many ways of keeping ourselves healthy. The first way is to do physical exercises everyday, and it is the most effective way. Then we should have enough sleep and keep good moods. A balanced diet and fresh air also contribute a lot to health. We should try to form good habits in life, such as going to bed early, paying attention to personal hygiene, keeping our room dry and clean and so on.
