University students will inevitably step into the society after graduation. So it is important for us college students to know the world outside the campus in order to serve the society better after graduation. To acquire social knowledge, I should get close to society. We can learn about the world from mass media, reading newspapers, listening to the radio, watching TV, and surfing on Internet. Thus glue my eyes to the latest news in the world. Besides, I can do some social work, such as taking some part-time jobs, conducting some surveys and investigations in factories and villages. In this way, I can put what I have learned into practice, and get a good understanding of the world outside the campus, which help me lay a foundation for my future career.
