As far as good qualities of a worker is concerned, opinions should vary widely. However, these virtues will never go out of style. Above all, a good employee should work hard. He never idles away his time because he is convinced every minute counts---not only to the employer but also to himself. Secondly, he should think logically. He organizes his time effectively and gets his action together. Everything is in place and under control. Thirdly, he is approachable and pleasant to work with. With good communication he develops team building skills. Finally, he should be trustworthy and reliable. Instead of evading responsibility, he is a man of principle. He listens to criticisms and applies ˇ°fair playˇ± in coping with both things and people. With all these fundamentals you stand better chance of landing a good job and developing your career.
