This is a question involving various answers. Many may take money or pay for the most important consideration, but as I see it, there are seven things for me to consider when I seek employment.

First of all, a satisfactory job should enable you to make the most of your strengths and talents. You have many ideas and you have the chances to put some of them into practice after making sound judgment.Second, it allows you to think and grow. You are not merely a listener or doer; you may make mistakes, learn from failure and then you grow. The third thing is proper salary. A good salary is not necessarily very high, but it shows your value and makes you think you deserve the paycheck. A good working surrounding is also important, which doesn’t go against your personality, way of life and your values. No. five is equally important: the management shares with you many notions and perceptions on many issues. You find they welcome you come aboard. Then you are always consistently you, at your best on the job. That is a great feeling! Sixth, the company is ready to appreciate and acknowledge your contribution, which leads to a sense of achievement in you. Last but not least, a good company helps your career development and the setup of your reputation. You feel increasingly confident and respected.
