       本课程作为我校继续教育学院的一门技术基础必修课程,以自动控制系统为主体,辅以各种自动化仪表和控制装置,介绍生产过程有关变量的测量控制方法,介绍自动控制系统的组成和简单、复杂、先进、计算机控制、单元操作控制,以及在设计、运行中与工艺过程有关知识要点。通过本课程的学习,学生能够掌握自控系统基本知识和常见自动化仪表的特点及其使用方法,了解生产过程自动化的现状和发展方向,逐步培养起参与自控系统选型、设计、改造以及现场操作控制能力。
       课程内容包括: 自动控制系统概述,过程特性 , 检测变送 , 显示仪表 , 执行器, 控制器 , 简单控制系统, 复杂控制系统与先进控制系统,  计算机控制系统 , 生产过程控制

教学时数: 51 (理论讲授)
教学方法:理论讲授和实验辅助结合的教学方法
考核方式:闭卷考试(包括选择题、填空题、综合问答题)。在适当的情况下,可采用读书报告与闭卷考试相结合或开卷考试的方式。

  1. This course is one of the compulsory courses of engineering technology series in our university. It is based on automatic control system, assisted with varies of automation instruments and control equipments. It introduces measure and control methods of variables in the process, the composing of automatic control system, as well as the knowledge related to the designing and implementing of control system. After the study of this course, students can know the development of automation, master the basic knowledge of automatic control system and the characteristics of the commonly-used control instruments and their operation, and get the ability of designing and applying the control system that meets the actual needs. 
    The course will basically include the following contents:

  5. Methods of Measurement for Process Variables
  6. Correct Use of Actuator
  7. Principle of Controller
  8. Design and Implementation of Simple Control System and Engineering Adjustment of Control's Parameters
  9. Introduction to Complex Control System
  10. Introduction to Advanced Control System
  11. Introduction to Computer Control System
